Your rental window begins on the day the headset arrives, and you’ll have up to 14 consecutive days of use.

- Temporary software license active for the rental period
- 30-minute remote onboarding call (optional)
- Remote support throughout the rental window
- Basic usage instructions and troubleshooting guide
Terms:
- Rental duration is limited to 14 days (no extensions without prior arrangement)
- Headset must be returned in good condition
- Late returns or damaged equipment may incur additional fees
